Farewell Reflection

This 2018 Fall Intersession is very short but worth much more like a whole semester. To me, it's like a blink of an eye, its like we just started yesterday and here I am today, writing my farewell Reflection message. Even though this is very short, I am sure that all the topics covered during this short period of time has impacted us in the authentic world. Somehow, I learned a lot of wonderful information, resources, tools that educators can/may use to empower the students to succeed. Upon completing this course, there are evidences that we can always revisit to keep implementing in our classroom.

I would like to send my utmost gratitude to Dr. Rivera for the wonderful sharing and discussions through out this semester. All the topics that you have walked us through have greatly benefit us to continue engaging our students in the love of learning. Thank you for your understanding and constructive feedback that motivates me to do my best in this course. I never thought that there are actually internet tools that we can use with our students. I actually used Google Earth this week in one of my lessons. I did a lesson on the "Pythagorean Theorem". The students were very curious where Greek is due to knowing that the theorem was found by a mathematician in Greek. So, we used Google Earth to find Greek. They were very excited when using the tool. I am very grateful for your wonderful time of teaching us these important tools.

I would like to say thank you to all my fellow cohort for the great sharing and discussions we have on Moodle and during group discussions. I know we all learned a lot from this Course ! I will missed the short time we have in this class but worth much more ! Thank you very much and I hope to blog more for the upcoming semesters!
