Storynory
Storynory is a website that has been providing free audio stories to the world since 2005. Its aim is to showcase imagination, good writing and great narrations to children. This website has grown into the largest archive of free children’s audio books on the internet.
Storynory offers reading genres like fairy-tales, classical stories, mythical stories, poems, music, and even original stories. The interesting thing about this website is how children enjoy the read along activities with the audio. Any reader can choose the selection he/she desires, and the links easily takes you to different stories. Children may read along with the audio, which help them with reading new words, pronunciations, spellings, expressions, and tone of voice. Audio learners and visual learners may find this website interesting and resourceful.
Stories like Snow White, Hansel and Gretel, The Frog Prince, Rumpelstiltskin, and many other folk stories can be found in the Brother’s Grim collection and fables in the Aesop collections. Children love stories like these. The pictures also provide children’s view of the stories.
Some stories also provide visual videos where children may actually watch how the story develops. Storynory is a very effective literacy website that provides useful, interesting, and very resourceful reading activities that help enhance children comprehension and reading skills. The URL address for this website is https://www.storynory.com/. Visit this website and find yourself experience being part of the stories. The audios and videos make it more lively and mysteriously interesting.
