            Learning to read is one of the most important skills children can learn. ABC Reading Eggs (https://readingeggs.com.au/) makes the learning to read journey fun, interactive, and highly rewarding for ages 2-13 – and it’s based on solid scientific research. The site was created by expert educators with over 30 years of experience and it is designed for children at the age of two to thirteen years of age (K - 12). This site offers a lot of activities that students will really love to participate and at the same time, the activities will enable them to be more confident on their reading. It has videos, images, and lots of other resources that will really benefit the children. The website is a very effective website since it provides educational activities that we get using the free trial.

 It makes learning to read interesting and engaging for kids, with great online reading games and activities. Children love the games, songs, golden eggs and other rewards which, along with feeling proud of their reading, really motivate children to keep exploring and learning. When a student is encourage to read daily, students will build up their confidence which will benefit them when they are learning.

In the site, there are five essential keys to reading success. The first one is phonemic awareness. The phonemic awareness build the student's ability to hear and manipulate the different sounds in words. The second one is phonics which allows students to recognize the connection between letters and the sounds they make. Another essential key is the vocabulary. This helps the students understand the meaning of words, their definitions, and their context. Reading comprehension comes next. This is the part that students show how they understand the meaning of the text being read. Last but not the least, fluency. When students are aware of the sounds, and they understand the meaning of words they are reading, they will be reading a text fluently. The ABC Reading Eggs uses tons of information and resources to help students to become in love with reading since they provide fun activities and games for students ranging from 2 years old to 13 years of age.
